Aida serves as a key director for HAD,
functioning not only as the primary Director of
operation but also as Director of marketing. She
maintains a diverse work environment with acute

Majoring in communications with a minor in
marketing at Florida State University, Aida puts
her multi-talented skills to creative use. Her
innovative marketing and high-profile client
relations have taught her that anything is
possible if you are willing to take chances. The
key being calculated chances, backed with
research and facts to weigh the risks and
benefits to each individual situation. This is
where Aida excels to new heights not only being

Tan maintains details and organizational
components of HAD’s administrative side,
assisting both the President and the VP of
Business Development in all HAD endeavors. In
addition, Tan facilitates the insurance and
mortgage apparatus as well.
After finishing his degree at CSUN, Tan wanted
to experience a diverse array of culture. His
work took him throughout Europe; his Vietnamese
heritage and his extensive linguistic skills
have made Tan an amazing addition to the HAD
team. Tan's previous 9 years of client relations
and strong detail management skills have made
him a phenomenal Executive assistant. His
passion for quality and genuine appreciation for
diversity allows him to “think outside of the
box”. He uses his creative ingenuity to get
almost any deal done while putting the best
interest of the client at the forefront. |
